⏳ Return Window
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

You’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at info@heelixir.shop. Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions.
⚠️ Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
We only accept returns for shoes. Please note:

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
🛡️ Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at info@heelixir.shop if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We’ll make it right.
🇪🇺 EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
